The Three Simple Fat Loss Principles for Quick and Easy Weight Loss
What you need are these three simple tips to take off up to ten pound in just the beginning of the program. Then, as you continue down the path to healthier eating and exercise, you simply expound on the following three basic principles to fat loss and bam! You’re at your ideal weight:
1. Black out the “white” foods. The first step demands that you get rid of the so-called “white” foods such as white breads, pastas, most cereal products and even cracker-like snacks. Basically, if it’s white—cut it out; think about how fat looks on poultry or lard: it’s white. Now cut out your flour, potato and rice products along with your processed milk, dairy and cheese products. Of course, you can still eat certain white foods like cauliflower, fish and chicken, but the first group is important.
2. Can the sugary drinks. Next, sodas and other sugary drinks laden with calories, sugar and artificial sweeteners have to go as well. Coffee, creamers and just about anything that isn’t 100% natural from this Earth should go. In fact, you should drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. For example, a 200 pound person would need to drink 100 ounces of water a day.
3. Wave bye-bye to wheat. Finally, just one more little step and you’re there: get rid of the wheat. Whole wheat, grain wheat—whatever—cut it out of your diet. If it has wheat, don’t eat.
