The Importance of Fiber

Hi, it's Matt Lisk from The Burrito Diet, and last time I wrote to you, I explained why procrastination is usually at the root of all diet failures. Let's face it; you can't lose weight if you keep putting the diet off!

Well, today I want to talk about the importance of fiber. Many doctors and diet plans put a great deal of emphasis on fiber. Scientific studies show diets that are high in fiber are associated with a reduced risk of certain cancers, diabetes, digestive disorders, and even heart disease.

The problem is no one likes to take fiber supplements. I have a friend who gives her 12-year-old daughter a daily fiber supplement. The tablet is as large as a half dollar and tastes like chalk. Trying choking that down every morning with breakfast.

I have another friend who uses one of those fiber supplement mixes. He stirs it up with water or juice every morning. Did you ever see how gross the glass looks after you drink it? Enough to make you get you sick. And it tastes awful, too.

Well, I have good news for you.

The Burrito Diet is fiber-rich and uses a secret ingredient that is not a health supplement, pill or mix. It tastes great, too!

Want to know what it is? To find out,  please go here right now:
